It all started back in my little village Skala,Greece. I was only 11 months when I took my first steps in my grandfather's coffee shop. Of course, not knowing then, that one day I would open my own!
While living most of my adult life in Greece, I grew accustomed to the European Culture of coffee shops. They were always relaxing, full of positive vibes with smiling baristas that served top notch coffee.
So, our mission at Koupa Espresso Bar is to provide our customers with that same relaxing, positive atmosphere, where you can meet up with friends, family or colleagues to chitchat,study or just relax while having the best coffee in town!
We have gone overseas to train @Prufrock in London, England with Square Mile Roasters. We will also have with us our top baristas (Manager Barista Mina 15+ years & Barista Effi 8 years experience. (Working at the best coffee shops in Greece) We are excited and looking forward to serving you that consistent, full bodied coffee that all us coffee lovers long for!
Our goal is to provide our neighbor with the perfect morning start with a delicious full flavored cup of coffee. We source our beans from only the very best Square Mile(UK) and Intelligentsia roasters. We offer a wide variety of hot (lattes,espresso, hot chocolate) and cold (iced teas, freddo, protein shake) drinks. Just to mention a few.
We also work with some local dairy suppliers and provide our customer with the freshest, highest quality of pastries for that sweet tooth. You can also try our famous Savory "Grandma's Village Spanakopita which is made on the premises with our homemade dough!!!
We offer a welcoming ambiance in our coffee shop to meet up,relax,do homework or even hold a meeting.There is also free WiFi and plenty of USB outlets!! During the warmer months we will also be offering outside seating to enjoy the fresh air.
Our Coffee Shop has more then specialty drinks. We bake a variety of moist muffins, cakes, sweet breads, and our famous Grandma's Village Spanakopita (feta/spinach), Tiropita (Feta Cheese Pie) and lets not forget our Avocado B.L.T. Club!!
We also offer a range of salads, yogurts, protein shakes and Greek Vegan specials. You can also get that light lunch choosing from our Healthy Bite Menu.
